Right of cancellation
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. You do this by informing us within the cancellation period (14 days) to say that you wish to use your right of cancellation and return the goods (one or several items).

If you wish to cancel the purchase without collecting the order, you must inform us by e-mail of this (see Uncollected goods).

Return the goods in unaltered condition, in their original packaging. You should enclose the invoice and ideally state the reason for the return. If you use your right of cancellation, please pay the return freight. No cash on delivery returns are accepted. If the goods are not in unaltered/unused condition, a deduction for any reduction in value may be made from the amount repaid.

For hygiene and health reasons we can not accept the return of used items or whose packaging has been violated. So, please make sure you accept the product before removing the plastic wrap or proof seal, without which we can not accept return of the product.

Reimbursement takes place as soon as the return of the goods has been received, but no later than within 14 days of arrival. If you cancel the entire purchase, you will also be repaid the shipping fee. If you use your right of cancellation you pay the return shipping.

Refunds on returns are made by the same means as you used for the purchase. We will refund the full value of the goods, minus the return handling charge of € 9,90.



Right of return/exchange in case of quality issues

The return/exchange claim must be approved by us, prior to the return shipment. Please notify us by e-mail.

Return the goods in unaltered condition and in their original packaging. Return all parts, even if they are broken. You should enclose the invoice and state the reason for the return. The invoice includes the address that you should use.

Please, return the items at your own cost and we will afterwards compensate the costs. Please keep a copy of the receipt you get from the postal office after returning your order and send it to our customer service by e-mail.

You may exchange to another item of the same value, free of charge.

If the goods returned are not in unaltered/unused condition, a deduction for any reduction in value may be made from the amount repaid.

In the case of exchange or return, you are responsible for transport risks. Always save delivery notes until the return is completed, as these show your return package number which you will require in the case of any claims.

If you ordered more than one item and do not return them all, we do not repay the shipping fee as the fees are the same regardless of the number of items ordered.

Exchange for convenience

You can do that by placing a completely new order, which also includes new shipping charges. In that way we minimise the risk that the goods you wish to exchange your goods for may sell out before your return has reached us. For that reason, no exchange is ordered and no offsetting takes place when we process your return.



For uncollected goods we are also obliged to impose a handling fee of 19,00 €. That amount is deducted from the total amount, when we credit the uncollected goods.

We are the personal data controller for the processing of the personal information provided to us by the customer. We will check your information against the national population register. The goods will be delivered to the address given to us by you. Your personal and purchase information will be processed to maintain our customer relations and for marketing purposes.



We use fixed logistics costs per purchase on our site. The actual costs we charge are €5,90 for purchases upto €60. Purchases above €60 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

We ship the orders within 24 hours.

Your package will be delivered in cooperation with the Finnish Postal Services, and their partners worldwide. The shipping agencies delivery times varies by place of residence and may therefore vary. The normal delivery time 3-5 days. After this period, we presume that your order is available for collection from your local postal service. You will be notified of the arrival of your package by the traditional means in your country. Be sure that you state the right address, e-mail and phone number, to avoid uncollected goods (see Uncollected goods).



The prices stated on the website are including VAT (value added tax). All other taxes that may apply in the country of destination are not included. Please consult your local customs office if needed.



1. The collecting of personal information

When you create your client account and place an order on the site, we collect personal data about you. The term "personal data" refers to any data that identifies an individual including name, phone number, e-mail address, postal address and any other information that you choose to communicate to us.

2. The purpose of collection personal information

Your personal data is a collection of one or more of the following purposes:
(I)manage your orders on the site,
(II)develop business statistics, conduct market and behaviour studies,
(III)build and manage sales leads, including particularly technical operations such as standardisation and optimisation,
(IV)perform customer management operations,
(V)send promotional information. You can unsubscribe at any time to these offers by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of the email concerned,
(VI)comply with our legal and regulatory obligations,
(VII)fight against fraud in the conditions defined below in point 3.

3. Fighting against fraud

To fight against fraud, we have put a device into place that applies exclusion lists, which may lead to :
(I)Asking you, in order to complete the transaction, to provide certain pieces of identity following payment, in the case that an automatic alarm was triggered by information in your order.
(II)Cancellation of your order if your client account has already been used to commit fraud.

4. Recipients of collection information

Our policy is not to sell any information about our customers to third parties for commercial purposes. Only our company and our contracted partners for order processing have access to the information you provide us. The categories of persons who have access to your personal data within the company are within the limits of their respective duties, the sales department, administrative services, technical services and monitoring agencies (auditor, internal quality control procedures, etc). Recipients of your personal information may also include public bodies in order to meet legal obligations such as court officers, public officers and debt collection agencies.

5. Retention time of personal information

The information that we collect is kept for a period of five years starting from the last transaction that you have made on the site or the last update to your client account, in order to prevent fraud.
In the absence of a new transaction or update to your client account during the five years, the information concerning yourself will be automatically deleted.

6. Security

We advise you to take every precaution to protect the security of your personal information and particularly, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or that unauthorised parties have access to it.

7. Cookies

To better serve you, we measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, as well as the frequency of returning visitor activity on the site. For this purpose, we use a technology called "cookies." A cookie does not allow us to identify you. Generally, it records information about the navigation of your computer on our site (the pages you visited, the date and time of visit, etc.) that we can consult during your subsequent visits.
Data collected by cookies is solely and strictly for internal use and will not be passed to third parties. The use of cookies, whether ours or a third party, which are not required to operate the site will require express consent from yourself. You can give your consent or object to use the cookies by configuring your browser appropriately. Refer to the user's guide for your browser to do this.
Some cookies called "advertising cookies" enable us to track and record your navigation and remember products seen; then, within a maximum delay of 90 days, present marketing banners to you that are related, or not, to your past navigation. These cookies are linked to your internet profile, but do not identify you.

8. Consent

When you choose to communicate your personal information to the site, you expressly give your consent to the collection and use of your personal information in compliance with what has been stated in this charter and current laws.
